OVERVIEW The ESP-550T and ESP 760T sealcoat trailer systems are designed for use on driveways. and small or large sized commercial lots. The trailer systems are equipped with hydraulically driven 50 or 100 gpm (189.3 or 378.5 lpm) piston pumps that are low in maintenance and simple to operate. This legendary pumping system has provided unmatched performance to sealcoating professionals for over 20 years. |
|
The dual axle trailer is designed for heavy work loads and built with safety and durability in mind. Steel belted radial tires provide dependable stability when in tow. The following options are available for both the 550T and 760T models: operator's seat, a second handwand, longer hoses for the handwand, and a spraybar. *NOTE: The optional 100 gpm (378.5 Ipm) pump is required for quicker transfer of materials. A standard 15-foot hose with quick connects is available as an option; see your NeaIco dealer. Hoses of any length with quick connects on each end can be custom ordered.

HYDRAULIC PISTON PUMP SYSTEM Our hydraulic piston pumps offer high performance which has been unsurpassed for 25 years. Whether you need power to supply two simultaneously operating handwands or a simple material transfer, Nealco offers the one system that outperforms them all. The piston pump is driven by a self-contained electro-hydraulic pump head. The material is sup plied to the pump by 2" (50.8 mm) plumbing. The large 1/4" (19 mm) plate surge tank provides a smooth and consistent flow of material and is filtered through an in-line filtering system that prevents debris from entering the pump. All spray systems come standard with 75 feet (22.9 m) of reinforced hose and a 5 foot (1.52 m) handwand. The pump system is powered by a 16 HP gas engine. Benefits of the piston pumping system include:
- Hydraulically driven piston pump specifically designed for high sand loads. - Fastest transfer rate on the market. The piston pump can draw material into the unit's tank at very rapid rate. Refilling your system is quick and efficient. Each stroke moves one gallon of material. - Fully hydraulic system. This means better dependability, quieter operation and less horsepower consumption with no compressor to maintain! - Ability to pump up to 16 Ibs. of sand per gallon (1.92 kg of sand per liter) of sealer which may be required on some state, federal and FAA contracts. - 75% fewer parts than air pumps and is easily rebuilt with an inexpensive seal kit. Seals last on average for 200,000 gallons (757,082 liters) depending on sand load. - "On demand" action. Pumps only when the pressure drops (only when you are spraying). - No Daily Flushing. Other pump systems require flushing after every job. |

NeaIco offers two models of our hydraulic piston pump. - ESP 50 gallon per minute (189.3 Ipm) pump - ESSP 100 gallon per minute (378.5 Ipm) pump
The larger ESSP piston pump comes optional with all spraybar systems. The ESSP system provides the contractor with high volume for efficient spraying and is capable of pushing a 15 foot (4.57 m) spraybar. The ESP piston pump is standard on the 550T and 760T units. The ESP pump provides exceptional service for one or two handwands.

HYDRAULIC PISTON PUMP - Pumps up to 16 Ibs. sand/gal. (1.92 kg sand/liter) - No Air Compressor - Fastest Transfer Rate - 200,000 gallon (757,082 liter) Seal Life - 75% Fewer Moving Parts - Rebuilt with 6 Seals - Never Needs Flushing
SEALCOATING EQUIPMENT COMPARISON PISTON PUMP - Hydraulically driven piston pump, specifically designed for high sand load. Fastest transfer rate on the market, 100 gpm (378.5 Ipm) or 50 gpm (189.3) depending on pump size. - All machines are fully hydraulic, which means better dependability, quieter operation and less HP consumption with no air compressor. - Piston pump requires no regular flushing or maintenance, no clean-out needed until the end of the season. - Pump will handle up to 16 Ibs. of sand per gallon (1.92 kg of sand per liter), which may be required on some state, federal and FAA contracts. - Piston pump has 75% fewer moving parts than air pumps, easily rebuilt with a seal kit from around $125, seal life is 200,000 gallons (757,082 liters) of high sand load mix. - 3 blade off-set agitator system means there are always 2 blades in the mix for more thorough mixing and less vibration than in-line blades. - Our pump is an "on demand" pump and strokes only when pressure drops; each stroke moves almost a gallon of material.
COMPETITORS AIR PUMP - Air diaphragm pumps were designed for multi-purpose use (not sand/sealer) & require a compressor and transfer less than 50 gpm (189.3 lpm) depending on viscosity. - Air compressor adds more noise, additional maintenance andin some cases another engine to power the compressor. - Air pumps must be flushed out after each use or pump failure will occur due to dried sealer and sand accumulation. - Sand loads of over 5 lbs. per gallon (0.6 kg per liter) slow down most standard air pumps. - Air pumps wear faster due to many moving parts: springs, valves, and diaphragms to replace when rebuilding. - Many competitors use 2 blade agitator with rubber squeegees which can deteriorate due to harsh chemicals in sealer causing clogs in tips. Harder to start when sand has settled in tank. - Air pumps run constantly and must cycle five times t move a gallon of material; some air pumps require manual shut-off when spraywand is topped.

HEAVY DUTY, 3 BLADE OFF-SET AGITATION The standard agitation system on all NealcoTM"' sealcoating equipment is a unique 3 blade off-set system made of the highest grade materials to prevent twisting and damage to the agitator. With a 3 blade off set configuration there are always 2 blades in the material. This ensures a more thorough mix and less vibration. The agitator shaft is made of solid, hardened steel. The agitator is driven by a hydraulic drive motor with gear reduction for superior torque capabilities. System controls are located on the main control panel and include speed control and forward/reverse operation. A 24" (609.6 mm) manway with interior safety lid and sand bag splitter provides access to the tank.

CONTROL SYSTEM Operating a NeaIcoTM"' is simple. The control panels on our sealcoating machines give complete and accurate control over pump and pump speed, agitator speed and direction, and water clean-up system. The large indicator light provides confirmation of the pump's status from far away. The entire line of equipment is safe to use. All trailer systems come complete with D.O.T. lights and a Brake-Away safety system. Anyone can operate a NeaIcoTM"'. Our equipment is manufactured to meet the toughest job requirements.

SPRAYBAR The ESSP pump and spraybar is optional equipment on the 550T and 760T. The spraybar lever and valves are illustrated below. Best spraying results are achieved when the nozzles are set so that they are 18 to 22 inches (457.2 to 558.8 mm) above surface to be sprayed. The height is easily adjusted by loosening the four bolts by which the spraybar brackets are attached to the machine. The ESP-550T and ESP-760T Sealcoat Trailer Systems have been carefully designed and manufactured to provide the utmost in dependable service. They are also built in accordance with state-of-the-art standards and recognized safety rules. |
